Big blocks
A setting on your HyperCore account that decides which of HyperEVM's two block lanes your transactions travel in. Launch needs it on. Everything else is faster with it off.

What it is
HyperEVM produces two kinds of block. Ordinary ones arrive about every second and carry 3M gas. Big ones arrive about once a minute and carry 30M. The lane is a flag on your HyperCore user, not a choice per transaction.
Launching a token on Hypersafe costs far more than 3M gas: it deploys the token, creates the HyperSwap or PRJX pool and mints the locked position in one transaction. That does not fit in an ordinary block, so a launch only travels in a big block.

Launch does this for you
- You click Launch. The wallet signs a HyperCore message that turns big blocks on.
- You confirm the create transaction. If Rabby shows Simulation Failed (#1002), confirm anyway — it only simulates small blocks.
- After the pool is created, we ask you to sign once more to turn big blocks off.
NoteThe flag lives on HyperCore. The wallet must already be a Core user — if the sign step fails, transfer a little USDC or HYPE onto Core, then retry. Rabby also has a Using Big Blocks toggle on the HyperEVM network screen.
Why to turn it off again
The lane applies to every transaction the wallet sends, not just launches. While it is on, an ordinary buy or sell waits for a block that arrives about once a minute instead of once a second. It still works — it just feels broken.
